It works great when it is up right, but if you tilt it at an angle to burn something on the ground the torch blue flame goes out and it starts spitting out orange normal flames.

The initial nozzle didn’t work and I filed for return. Mr Torch tried to contact me directly but I had settings such that it blocked their electronic communication. They called me after trying three times and said they had sent a replacement. I appreciated the degree they went to see that I was satisfied! Thanks Mr Torch!

Product works, buts it’s not real mapp gas. It’s a “modern substitute”. Not sure what that means but the product still heats well. Bottle definitely felt like it ran out very quickly but good for the price.

Well it’s not a bad product but seems a bit cheap. The plastic on and off knob is not sturdy. It will probably break in time. The flame isn’t very intense and the company recommends disconnecting the torch from the tank each time that you are finished with it which is kind of user unfriendly.

Love it!! Torch head works great! and I like the brass knob for adjusting the flame size. All the other similar torches I have had have blackened at the tip where the flame comes out within just a couple of uses. I’ve been using this torch for a month and it’s still as shiny and clean looking as it was when I opened the package.
